On-Demand Plus audio conferencing makes it easy to establish and manage conference calls.
This new service requires no reservations, and all usage fees are billed at a
fixed rate per minute, with no additional fees for set up or late cancellations.
It's perfect for both scheduled and unscheduled meetings
Operator Assist is also available, for a slightly higher fee, to help schedule
and manage audio conference needs. All charges will be billed automatically in
each department's CTS monthly billing statement.
On Demand Plus Conference allows up to 125 conferees at different locations
to dial in into a dedicated conference number. International
callers can dial into the conference call by using an international
access number. Conference call duration is unlimited.
On-Demand Plus features include:
- Toll free access numbers for domestic and international calling
- 24/7/365 availability
- Support for up to 125 participants per conference call
- Web and PowerPoint interfaces
- Secure - conference ID, PINs, and passwords
- Record and playback
- Transcription service
- CD/MP3/Wave recordings
- Real time reporting
Rates
CTS' new contractual agreement with The Conference Depot provides
fixed rates that are competitive with market rates, significantly
lower than previous Toll Free Meet Me Conference service rates.
On Demand Plus - Usage Charges
Domestic: $0.03 per minute/per person
Operator Assist; $0.15 per minute/per person
International: rates vary per country
Reservations: On Demand Plus conference calls require
no reservations. Once your account is established,
calls can be scheduled to take place any day of the year, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
On Demand plus service is easily managed via web page access.
Operator Assisted Conference calls must be scheduled 48 hours
in advance and may be subject to cancellation fee.
