Enterprise Messaging (EM) provides e-mail, calendaring, and productivity functions based upon Microsoft Exchange architecture. These services are delivered to Academic and Administrative departments in a layered service model with distributed support staff. While there are base service level standards, each Department has a Service Level Agreement (SLA) to meet their unique operational needs. End users are encouraged to contact their Departmental IT Staff as a first point of contact.
